Important Notice – Please Read Before Ordering

At JRK Wendys & Timber Projects, we take great pride in delivering high-quality, sturdy, and beautifully crafted log and timber structures built to meet our clients’ needs — from Wendy huts and tool sheds to larger log-style homes...

However, it’s important for clients to note the following:

  • 🔸 We are not registered or affiliated with the NHBRC (National Home Builders Registration Council) or any other formal building association.
  • 🔸 Our materials are of high quality, but our building methods may differ from the formal regulations and standards applied to timber-framed units and homes.
  • 🔸 While we always prioritize strength, durability, and craftsmanship, our products are designed and built with cost-effectiveness in mind.

Please also note that the following services do not form part of our offering:

  • Council approvals or submissions
  • NHBRC registration or compliance
  • Engineers’ certificates or structural sign-offs
  • Building plans or architectural drawings
  • Agrément SA certification or related documentation

Our structures are ideal for clients seeking dependable, high-quality timber buildings for accommodation, offices, storage, or leisure — without the extensive formalities of conventional home construction.

For clients intending to convert a timber unit into a fully certified residential dwelling, we recommend consulting a registered engineer or architect for any additional compliance or certification requirements.

Should your appointed engineer or architect wish to incorporate specific building materials, methods, or add-ons to meet their professional standards, they are welcome to forward us their preferred material list and construction recommendations. We will gladly revise and re-quote your project to include these specifications where practical, ensuring the structure aligns as closely as possible with their certified building standards.
